Navigation - Quick overview

After logging into LRP Suppliers as a product supplier, you will be directed to the main screen where you can manage your shipments and purchase orders. Also, you will see the main navigation menu, where you can access different sections and change the information you are seeing.

• How to navigate between different suppliers and clients.

Components of LRP Suppliers

Main menu

1. User name (the one you logged in with).

2. The client you are managing

3. The Product Supplier you are logged into.

4. Action to go back to the main screen.

5. Companies: in some cases, the same user can be the same for different product suppliers, and each one of them manage their clients. You can change between them using this action. This action is explained in the next section.

6. Change password: use this action to change your password.

7. Logout: use this action to log out of LRP Suppliers.

8. Navigation bar: use this action to go to purchase orders, and shipments.

Managing multiple companies in LRP Suppliers

In LRP Suppliers, a single user can manage more than one product supplier company.

This is useful when the same person works with different legal entities or operates from multiple countries.

Example

Imagine you work for Company A, based in Germany, and Company B, based in Spain.

Even if both companies belong to the same business group, they are registered in the system as separate companies, each with its own legal identification and customers. In LRP Suppliers, this distinction is important to keep information accurate and properly assigned.

However, you do not need different user accounts.

With the same user, you can manage both companies and their corresponding customers. Each company will have its own purchase orders, shipments, documents, and invoices, all correctly separated.

Switching between companies

You can easily switch between companies at any time.

1. From the main menu, click on Companies

2. Select the product provider + client you want to work with. Once selected, the platform will update automatically to show the information.

Make sure you select the correct combination of product supplier and client:

For example:

• Product supplier A + Client A

• Product supplier B + Client A

In this case, you can select Product Supplier A for two different clients, A and B.
